The Canberra Olympic Pool Swim School allows for missed classes to be made up at a later date. There are some requirements for this policy to ensure its fairness to all.

At least 24 hours notice needs to be given
With regards to missing classes as a result of sickness, as much notice as possible must be given
Make up lessons will not be provided when contact is made with the Swim School after the lesson
Make ups can only be booked for lessons within the next 7 days
Should an amount of time be missed, credit will be given for the following term
