friendly classes tailored to our more mature clients, like our
Super Seniors weights classes and water-caressed Aquanaughts aqua
aerobics gatherings!

Descriptions
*AQUANAUGHTS – A
low-impact aqua aerobics program especially tailored to our senior
clients. Classes are fitness based, and at a level which is
progressive but not too demanding! 45mins
*CIRCUIT – Set in
the gym, this workout combines all the elements of a great workout,
bringing together aerobic (cardio) and strength (weight)
training in one. Get ready to sweat! 45mins
*Ab's – A quick
lunchtime class, specifically designed to target your core
muscles:oblique's, lower back, transverse abdominal's and the
‘six-pack.’ GO HARD OR GO HOME! 30mins
*SUPER SENIORS -
This resistance class is designed and individually tailored for
people over 50 years of age, providing an exercise regimen using
weights to safely strengthen the body in a friendly and supportive
environment. 60mins
*BOX FIT - A
pounding boxing class incorporating pad work, punching combos, team
challenges and lots of boxing fitness fun. For beginners to
advanced boxing fitness levels. 45mins
