Boot Camp
Our Boot Camp packages are highly
competitive and great results are
guaranteed!
Each 8
week session consists of two 45 minute drills a
week.
Incorporated into the Boot Camp program
are activities such as boxing, resistance training, aerobic and
anaerobic conditioning and swimming.
Exercise
drills will target aerobic and anaerobic endurance, muscular
strength and power, speed and agility and core
strength.
Fitness
tests are performed regularly to allow you and your trainer to keep
track of your progress!
